Alternate Numbers:
Enables you to have up to ten phone numbers assigned to your account - each with a distinctive ring pattern.

Call Forwarding Selective: Enables you to define criteria such as incoming calling line identity, time of day, and day of week that cause certain incoming calls to be redirected to another destination. If an incoming call meets your criteria, the call is redirected to a specified destination.
Simultaneous Ring:This feature enables a user to have multiple destinations ring simultaneously when any calls are received on their phone number. The first destination to be answered is connected. Numbers can include desktop, mobile, home line, etc.
Selective Call Rejection:Enables you to define criteria that cause certain incoming calls to be blocked. If an incoming call meets your specified criteria, the call is blocked and the caller is informed that you are not accepting calls.
Selective Call Acceptance:This feature enables a user to define criteria that allows incoming calls to be connected.
Diversion Inhibitor:This feature prevents incoming calls going to voicemail, especially usefull in conjunction with sequential and simultaneous ringing.
Outlook Integration: This feature enables you to integrate your personal contacts in Microsoft Outlook with your CommPilot Call Manager.

Remote Office:This feature enables users to access and use their VFX service from anywhere, especially useful for telecommuters and mobile workers.
Users can make calls through the CommPilot Call Manager as if they were on-site. This is especially effective when overseas as VFX calling rates apply.

Sequential Ring: This feature allows users to define a “find-me” list of phone numbers, which are called sequentially.
Priority Alert/Ringing: This feature enables a user to define criteria to assign certain incoming calls different ring patterns.
CommPilot Call ManagerThe CommPilot Call Manager Softphone enables a user to use a web-based tool to manage their calling.
Functions include; click-to-dial functionality to control calls, Outlook integratrion allowing you to access your contacts directory and presenting both user and caller information. Also works in conjunction with Remote Office.
