Important information

To take advantage of these great plans we need you to know the following;

• Calls are rated in one minute intervals.
• You must have all of your direct dial calling with WorldxChange (including national, international and home-to-mobile calling).
• SuperCap A, SuperCap B & SuperCap C exclude calls to mobiles.
• SuperCap and SuperCap Mobile exclude calls to special services. eg. 0900 numbers.
• Minutes will be used in chronological order from date of sign up or the 1st of the month.
• Customers joining after the 15th of the month will be charged half price and receive half the allocated minutes.
• Cancellation of the service will take effect from the 1st of the following month.
• Each service applies per account not per line.
• Calls to mobiles outside of New Zealand, will be billed at that country's per minute rate with the exception of USA & Canada.
• Unused minutes do not accrue.
• After 1000 minutes have been used up, pricing reverts to Talk Cents per minute rates. All countries not included in any SuperCap plans are charged at appropriate Talk Cents rates.
• All calls disconnect after 2 hours. To resume your call simply dial again.
