If you would like to pay your bill automatically by Direct Debit, call our Customer Care Department on 0800 123 123 and we will send you a Direct Debit authority form. Alternatively, you can download here.

By paying via direct debt you also earn a discount of 2% on your current bill.
In Person at your nearest PostShop
Take your bill to any PostShop where you can pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted. Please contact us on 0800 123 123 and ask that your Credit Card be automatically debited (Direct Credit) on a monthly basis. Alternatively, you can download a PDF here.

Post
Please detach the remittance advice slip at the bottom of the invoice and return it to us, with a cheque made payable to: WorldxChange Communications Limited.
Please remember to write your account number on the back of your cheque.
Cash/Cheque via Bank Deposit
Payments can be made in person at any branch of the National bank. Simply fill out the amount paid on the payment slip and present this at your nearest branch of the National Bank.
Phone Banking
Prefer to pay your bill over the phone? WorldxChange, in conjunction with all New Zealand banks provides you with the ability to pay your monthly invoice using the telephone. Simply contact your bank’s telephone banking service, and quote your WorldxChange account number to set up this payment option.
Internet Banking
Some banks allow you to set up payment 'on-line' whilst others require that you phone their Internet banking service centre. Please have your WorldxChange Customer Account Number and the WorldxChange Bank Account Number (see above) nearby to aid this process.
