Xnet Online Portal

ViewBill is an online portal that provides a centralised site from which to monitor and manage your Xnet account.

Click here or the Manage My Account button above to go to ViewBill.  If you don't have a ViewBill account with us, you can set this up online, or call us on 0800 123 123 and will set one up for you.

What on, off, what your current bill is at, all the information you need at a glance, including useful graphs on what you are spending your money on.

Change Your Details

Login to ViewBill to change your address details to ensure emergency service go to the correct address.

If you want more information on emergency services, go to our Knowledge Base and type in "emergency services" in the search field for more information.

Unbilled Calls

Get access to calls made during the month.  Call records are updated in real time, giving you pin point accuracy on who is calling who.  

Previous Invoices

Download historic invoices - you don't need to keep those paper copies anymore.

Future Updates

Xnet is looking to develop the portal over time, with things like online payments, being able to apply phone labels (like "mum" or "doctor") to simplify understanding of your invoice.
