Xnet HSI Broadband Setup
So what does it take to get setup with HSI Broadband?
- Step 1: Check whether Xnet HSI is available in your area by entering your number in our line check tool.
- Step 2: Select the Xnet HSI plan that best suits you.
- Step 3: Choose whether to self install or whether to have a technician come out to install HSI for you.
- Step 4: Order Xnet HSI by either ringing the Xnet Team on 0800 124 386 or sign-up online!
- Step 5: Buy a modem or Router and line filters for each phone jack once you have been confirmed for connection.
When joining from another provider, a churn fee of $25 is applicable. A Connection and Wiring cost of $199 may apply in addition to any other fees. A Connection and Wiring charge will mean a technician will visit your house, and is normally required where you either have 4 or more phone jacks in use or a monitored alarm. All prices include GST.
