1. Completely New Connections

Where a customer has no existing DSL or VFX connection, the customer can order a new Fusion circuit.

2. New Connections with Number Porting

Where a customer has no existing DSL or VFX connection, the customer can order a new Fusion circuit.

Before the order is placed, the existing phone number to be ported will be moved to a 'Custom Link' service (check with your current supplier for charges). A number port fee of $19.69 is applicable per number ported.

3. Current Xnet Broadband Customer

Current Xnet customers can churn to Fusion without charge. They will be issued with a new VFX service, including phone number as long as they have not ported their number to a 3rd Party supplier

Note: there can be an outage of up to 6 hours.

4. Current Xnet Broadband Customer with Number Porting

Current Xnet customers can churn to Fusion without charge as long as they are a Telecom Line holder. Note: there can be an outage of up to 6 hours.

Before the order is placed, the existing phone number to be ported will be moved to a 'Custom Link' service (as long as your current supplier is part of the portability agreement) (check with your current supplier for charges) REMOVE. A number port fee of $19.69 is applicable per number ported.

5. Current Xnet Broadband and VFX Customer

A customer with both Xnet Broadband and VFX can churn to the new product as long as they have not ported their  number to a 3rd Party Supplier without charge.

Note: there can be an outage of up to 6 hours

6. Customer with Another ISP Broadband (DSL)

We can churn directly from another ISP, DSL directly to Fusion. As long as the line supplier is Telecom. As of November 1 2008 there is a churn fee of $25 incl GST.

7. Customer with NDSL with Another ISP

At this stage this churn is possible, please check with your current supplier in regards to their Terms and Conditions of cancellation before making your request with Xnet. As of November 1 2008 there is a churn fee of $25 incl GST. Please note that Xnet will need the FBN (fictitious billing number) from your current NDSL supplier.

8. Customer with a 3rd Party Provider (Non Telecom Provider) for Line Rental

This is now possible as long as they have not ported their number to a 3rd Party supplier. If your services are being re-billed by the 3rd Party you may still churn to Fusion - This is a limitation of the 3rd Party Provider.
